Abstract
Co-trimoxazole (Septrin, Wellcome) was prescribed in a dose of two tablets twice daily for the treatment of 10 patients with Donovanosis. All the patients responded well to this treatment, and the ulcers healed completely within 10 days in eight patients and within 14 days in the remaining two. Ten days' treatment with 40 tablets of co-trimoxazole is suggested as sufficient to treat Donovanosis. No adverse reactions were noted in any patient.
摘要
复方新诺明（Septran，威康公司生产）以每日两片、分两次服用的剂量，用于治疗10例性病性肉芽肿患者。所有患者对该治疗反应良好，8例患者的溃疡在10天内完全愈合，其余2例在14天内完全愈合。建议使用40片复方新诺明进行10天的治疗足以治愈性病性肉芽肿。未观察到任何患者出现不良反应。
