A 34-year-old patient had radiotherapy and chemotherapy for Hodgkin's disease of the nodular sclerosing type 2 A thirteen years prior to the treatment of a right cancer of the breast in the stage M0 N1 T3. Seven months later the patient had a left cancer of the breast in the stage M0 N0 T4. The literature is reviewed and the possibility of occurrance of secondary carcinoma following treatment of Hodgkin's disease is discussed.
一名34岁患者在治疗右侧M0 N1 T3期乳腺癌的13年前，曾因2A型结节硬化型霍奇金病接受放疗和化疗。七个月后，该患者出现左侧M0 N0 T4期乳腺癌。本文回顾了相关文献，并讨论了霍奇金病治疗后发生继发性癌的可能性。
