The valine and methionine loading against a background of protein-free diet evokes interrelated changes in amino acid composition of acid-soluble skin collagen preparations and free amino acids pool of blood serum in rats. The isolated collagen preparations also differ essentially from the normal preparations in the content of disulphide groups and elution profiles.
在无蛋白饮食背景下给予缬氨酸和蛋氨酸负荷，可引起大鼠酸溶性皮肤胶原蛋白制剂的氨基酸组成及血清游离氨基酸库发生相关变化。分离出的胶原蛋白制剂在二硫键含量和洗脱图谱方面也与正常制剂有本质区别。
