A red blood cell sample typed as Gy(a-) on direct testing did not absorb or elute anti-Gya, but unexpectedly absorbed and eluted anti-Hy. Three other Gy(a-) red blood cell samples from unrelated individuals failed to absorb and elute anti-Hy.
一份直接检测结果为Gy(a-)的红细胞样本未吸收或洗脱抗-Gya，但意外地吸收并洗脱了抗-Hy。来自其他无关个体的另外三份Gy(a-)红细胞样本未能吸收和洗脱抗-Hy。
