The uptake of 45Ca was increased in the hypertrophic left ventricle of the heart of young (6-7 week) spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) at the prehypertensive stage, while at the stage of persistent hypertension (24-26-week SHR), the 45Ca uptake was only increased in the aorta and tail artery. The rates of 45Ca elimination from the vessels of mature SHR proved to be considerably elevated, and those of young SHR unchanged, as compared to the control animals. The findings obtained point to a close association between disorders in vascular and cardiac 45Ca metabolism and the development of hypertension in SHR.
在高血压前期,年轻(6 - 7周)自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)心脏肥厚的左心室中45Ca摄取增加,而在持续性高血压阶段(24 - 26周龄SHR),仅在主动脉和尾动脉中45Ca摄取增加。与对照动物相比,成熟SHR血管中45Ca的清除率显著升高,而年轻SHR的清除率未变。所得结果表明,SHR血管和心脏45Ca代谢紊乱与高血压发展之间存在密切关联。
