Abstract

As we go more deeply into the theoretical analysis and actual calculations for enzymatic fast reaction systems, the concept of the critical shell would naturally be confronted with. In this paper, a formula is presented to estimate the thickness of the critical shell. An on such a basis, we have made calculations and discussed the influences of various factors such as short-range force, long-range force, activation energy and cavity-active site upon the thickness of the critical spherical shell.

随着我们对酶促快速反应体系的理论分析和实际计算的深入,必然会遇到临界壳层的概念。本文提出了一个估算临界壳层厚度的公式。在此基础上,我们进行了计算,并讨论了短程力、长程力、活化能和空穴-活性位点等各种因素对临界球壳厚度的影响。
