The authors used the method of isotope exchange (45Ca) to study in vitro the distribution of calcium in the adipose tissue of the greater omentum in individuals with essential hypertension and in persons with normal arterial pressure who underwent opration mostly for chronic cholecystitis. Three pools of exchangeable calcium were revealed in the adipose tissue. The calcium content in two intracellular pools in the adipose tissue of patients with hypertension was increased respectively by 71 and 83% as compared to that in patients with normal arterial pressure.
作者采用同位素交换法（45Ca），对原发性高血压患者以及主要因慢性胆囊炎接受手术的血压正常者大网膜脂肪组织中钙的分布进行了体外研究。在脂肪组织中发现了三个可交换钙池。与血压正常的患者相比，高血压患者脂肪组织中两个细胞内钙池的钙含量分别增加了71%和83%。
