Abstract

The effect of GABA-ergic substances on the production and latent period of the conditioned reflex of avoidance in rats has been studied. The inhibitor of GABA-transaminase n-dipropylacetate (depakin) deteriorates the reflex production. Fenibut and amino oxyacetic acid significantly prolong the latent period of the produced conditioned reflex of avoidance. The effect of amino oxyacetic acid on the conditioned reflex is abolished by bicuculline and is likely to be related to the increased brain GABA content.

研究了γ-氨基丁酸能物质对大鼠回避性条件反射的产生及潜伏期的影响。γ-氨基丁酸转氨酶抑制剂二丙基乙酸(德巴金)会使反射产生变差。芬氨比妥和氨氧乙酸显著延长所产生的回避性条件反射的潜伏期。氨氧乙酸对条件反射的作用被荷包牡丹碱消除,且可能与脑内γ-氨基丁酸含量增加有关。
