We report the case of a 46-year-old female patient with transverse myelitis complicating mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD). She responded well to steroid and immunosuppressive therapy. Unlike in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), transverse myelopathy in association with MCTD is very rarely described. The mechanisms, diagnosis and treatment of transverse myelitis in MCTD are briefly discussed.
我们报告了一例46岁女性患者，患有横贯性脊髓炎并发混合性结缔组织病（MCTD）。她对类固醇和免疫抑制治疗反应良好。与系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）不同，与MCTD相关的横贯性脊髓病很少被描述。本文简要讨论了MCTD中横贯性脊髓炎的发病机制、诊断和治疗。
