The cells of Streptococcus lactis, strain MGU, synthesize considerable amounts of nisine in the course of their growth. The rate of metabolic processes is not increased by stirring if the medium is complete and easily assimilated. Utilization of a young inoculate (1.5, 3, and 6 hours) reduces the process of nisine production by 1.5--2 times. The amount of the inoculate exceeding 1.5 volume percent has no significant effect on the biosynthesis.
乳酸链球菌MGU菌株的细胞在生长过程中会合成大量的乳链菌肽。如果培养基成分完整且易于同化,搅拌并不会提高代谢过程的速率。使用年轻的接种物(1.5、3和6小时)会使乳链菌肽的产生过程减少1.5至2倍。接种物体积超过1.5%对生物合成没有显著影响。
