Abstract

The method of mathematical modelling of the experiment was used to determine optimum concentrations of purine and pyrimidine bases for the growth of Streptococcus lactis and the biosynthesis of nisin. These bases were introduced into the medium at different concnetrations. Thymine at a concentration of 4 mcg/ml stimulated the biosynthesis of nisin, and adenine and hypoxanthine at a concentration of 15 mcg/ml produced a favourable effect on the growth of the culture.

采用实验数学建模方法来确定用于乳酸链球菌生长和乳链菌肽生物合成的嘌呤和嘧啶碱基的最佳浓度。将这些碱基以不同浓度添加到培养基中。浓度为4微克/毫升的胸腺嘧啶刺激了乳链菌肽的生物合成,而浓度为15微克/毫升的腺嘌呤和次黄嘌呤对培养物的生长产生了有利影响。
