In order to improve the immunodiagnosis of toxocariasis, an immunoenzymatic assay (ELISA) with excretory-secretory antigens from Toxocara canis larvae was developed for the detection of specific immunoglobulin E. Titers of IgE were lower than those of IgG in the same samples, however IgE ELISA appeared to be more specific. IgE ELISA might be an interesting complementary method in the diagnosis of toxocariasis.
为提高弓首蛔虫病的免疫诊断水平，开发了一种利用犬弓首蛔虫幼虫排泄-分泌抗原的免疫酶测定法（ELISA），用于检测特异性免疫球蛋白E。在相同样本中，IgE滴度低于IgG滴度，然而IgE ELISA似乎更具特异性。IgE ELISA可能是弓首蛔虫病诊断中一种有趣的补充方法。
