To study the striatal synaptic dopamine release during passive avoidance behaviour the intracranial microdialysis technique combined with radioenzymatic assay method was used in Sprague-Dawley rats. It was shown that the acquisition of passive avoidance conditioning and an unescapable footshock led to delayed increases in striatal synaptic dopamine release.
为了研究被动回避行为过程中纹状体突触多巴胺的释放情况,在斯普拉格-道利大鼠中采用了颅内微透析技术结合放射酶分析法。结果表明,被动回避条件反射的习得以及不可逃避的足部电击导致纹状体突触多巴胺释放延迟增加。
