It is established that under a single-dose introduction of ethanol activity of carboxypeptidase H increases. During chronic consumption of ethanol changes of enzyme activity was less than during a single-dose introduction of ethanol. Most considerable changes in carboxypeptidase H activity are observed in the pituitary gland, hypothalamus and striatum. Ethanol effect on the activity of membrane-bound and soluble forms of enzyme was distinguished. It is supposed that carboxypeptidase H is involved into the formation of response to ethanol.
已经确定,单次引入乙醇后,羧肽酶H的活性会增加。在长期摄入乙醇期间,酶活性的变化小于单次引入乙醇期间的变化。在垂体、下丘脑和纹状体中观察到羧肽酶H活性的最显著变化。区分了乙醇对酶的膜结合形式和可溶性形式活性的影响。据推测,羧肽酶H参与了对乙醇反应的形成。
