Ubiquitin and relaxin--2 low molecular weight substances--have different effects on sperm motility. These two compounds are not separable by chromatographic procedures. Ubiquitin in different concentrations had no effect on 4 parameters of sperm motility, as evaluated by the Lazymot analyser. However, relaxin at a concentration of 1.99 pmol inhibited all 4 parameters of sperm motility compared with saline, Taumild or ubiquitin.
泛素和松弛素-2（两种低分子量物质）对精子活力有不同影响。这两种化合物无法通过色谱法分离。通过Lazymot分析仪评估，不同浓度的泛素对精子活力的4项参数均无影响。然而，与生理盐水、Taumild或泛素相比，浓度为1.99皮摩尔的松弛素抑制了精子活力的所有4项参数。
