The baicalin in the compound recipe of traditional Chinese medicine Lung-cleaning and Diarrhoea-relieving Infusion was determined by reverse phase high pressure liquid chromatographic method. Methanol-water-tetrahydrofuran (200: 300: 50) was used as the mobile phase at ODS C-18 column with ultraviolet detection. The result showed that baicalin was separated well from other components. External standard method was used for quantitative determination. The recovery rate was 101.4% and RSD 0.83%.
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定中药清肺泄热合剂中黄芩苷的含量。以甲醇-水-四氢呋喃（200:300:50）为流动相，在ODS C-18柱上进行分离，紫外检测。结果表明，黄芩苷与其他成分分离良好。采用外标法进行定量测定，回收率为101.4%，相对标准偏差为0.83%。
