Abstract

We report a case of retroperitoneal cystic lymphangioma presenting with right pack pain. Although preoperative diagnosis is usually difficult in such a rare condition, we could make the preoperative diagnosis on grounds of the peculiar findings obtained by computerized tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and needle aspiration.

我们报告一例以右腰部疼痛为表现的腹膜后囊性淋巴管瘤病例。尽管在这种罕见疾病中术前诊断通常困难，但基于计算机断层扫描（CT）、磁共振成像（MRI）及针吸活检所获得的特殊表现，我们得以做出术前诊断。
