Abstract

The comparative analysis of some biochemical features of the Picea abies morphologically abnormal organs and the control tissues was made. The methods of restriction analysis. Southern hybridization of DNA and protein electrophoresis were used. The differences detected in protein context and in DNA structure indicated the changes in genomes of experimental plants. These changes may be caused by chronic irradiation in low doses.
