Abstract
From simultaneously determined values of the glomerular filtration rate and the concentration of creatinine in plasma an individual nomogram can be constructed from two scales. From this nomogram the actual glomerular filtration rate of the patient can later be read out solely from a new concentration of plasma creatine.
