Color vision and visually evoked response (VECP) in the recovery period of optic neuritis.

Color vision and visually evoked cortical potentials (VECPs) are compared in a group of patients with optic neuritis. In the early recovery period, both were disturbed in a similar degree, whereas in the late recovery period, the VECPs remained more affected than color vision.
