Abstract

The effect of various concentrations of essential alpha-amino acids on the luminol-sodium hypochlorite chemiluminescence (CL) has been studied. It was found that all tested compounds have an inhibiting effect. Amino acids with phenolic groups present higher inhibition than basic, acidic or neutral amino acids. The calculated antioxidant activities by the CL method are compared with those of the N,N-diphenyl-picryl hydrazyl (DPPH) method.

研究了不同浓度的必需α-氨基酸对鲁米诺-次氯酸钠化学发光(CL)的影响。发现所有测试化合物均有抑制作用。含有酚基的氨基酸比碱性、酸性或中性氨基酸具有更高的抑制作用。通过CL法计算的抗氧化活性与N,N-二苯基-苦味酰基肼(DPPH)法的抗氧化活性进行了比较。
