[The immunological aspects of the periodization of the course of craniocerebral trauma].

The dynamics of changes of immunological parameters were studied in 383 patients with various types of craniocerebral trauma (CCT) in the acute and late-term periods. It was established that the immunological processes in CCT occur in stages. The phases can be distinguished in the acute period: stress reaction (1st-3rd day), phase of maximal changes (7th-21st day), and normalization of the immunological parameters (30th-45th day). A wave of recurrent aggravation of the immunological parameters occurs on the 8th-14th day after CCT in an organism sensitized to the brain antigen, which is linked with autoaggressive damage to the brain.
