Interviewing of the urban and rural population representing Azerbaijan was initiated to obtain data on the community awareness of the ways of tuberculosis infection, its early symptoms, methods of detection and treatment and prevention possibilities. Poor knowledge of all these aspects among certain population groups and a low efficiency of the best part of the health education means were proved. Besides, the people would rather see the doctor to obtain some information than pay attention to those means. Emphasis is made on the necessity to improve health education means and methods.
为获取有关阿塞拜疆城乡居民对结核病感染途径、早期症状、检测和治疗方法以及预防可能性的社区认知数据，对阿塞拜疆城乡居民展开了访谈。结果表明，某些人群对所有这些方面的了解不足，且大部分健康教育手段效率低下。此外，人们宁愿去看医生获取信息，也不愿关注这些手段。强调了改进健康教育手段和方法的必要性。
