Abstract

Two new C(21) steroidal glycosides with a new aglycone of amplexicogenin B were isolated from Cynanchum amplexicaule Sieb. et Zucc. Their structures were elucidated as amplexicogenin B-3-O-β-D-cymaropyranoside (1), amplexicogenin B-3-O-β-D-cymaropyranosyl-(1 → 4)-α-L-cymaropyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-D-cymaropyranoside (2) by means of spectral and chemical analysis.

从蔓生白前（Cynanchum amplexicaule Sieb. et Zucc.）中分离得到两个具有新苷元安氏苷元B的C(21)甾体糖苷。通过光谱和化学分析确定它们的结构分别为安氏苷元B-3-O-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖苷（1）、安氏苷元B-3-O-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖基-(1→4)-α-L-磁麻吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖苷（2）。
