To establish a HPLC fingerprint of Rosae Rugosae Flos.
Inertsil ODS-3 (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 microm) was used with the mixture of methanol, acetonitrile and 0.06% TFA as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 32degrees C, and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.
HPLC fingerprint of 9 main peaks was established preliminarily from 13 samples of Rosae Rugosae Flos which achieved the technical requirements of the fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine.
The method is reliable, accurate and can be used for quality comtrol of Rosae Rugosae Flos.
建立玫瑰花的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。
采用Inertsil ODS-3(4.6 mm×250 mm,5微米)色谱柱,以甲醇、乙腈和0.06%三氟乙酸的混合溶液为流动相。流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为32℃,检测波长为254 nm。
从13批玫瑰花样品中初步建立了9个主要峰的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,达到了中药指纹图谱的技术要求。
该方法可靠、准确,可用于玫瑰花的质量控制。
