To evaluate the quality of Chrysanthemi Flos before and after sulfur-fumigation by analysis of HPLC fingerprints.
RP-HPLC method was applied to establish the chromatographic fingerprint. The separation was performed on a Waters C, (250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 microm) column with a gradient elution composed of acetonitrile-aqueous solution containing 0.5% phosphoric acid. The column temperature was 35 degrees C, the detective wavelength was set at 268 nm.
Eleven batches of Chrysanthemi Flos samples composed of both sun-dried and sulfur-fumigated were analyzed and evaluated respectively. The method of clustering analysis was used, and the chromatographic fingerprint common pattern was finally established.
The HPLC fingerprint method is reliable and suitable for quality evaluation of Chrysanthemi Flos before and after sulfur-fumigation.

采用反相高效液相色谱法建立色谱指纹图谱。分离在Waters C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱上进行,以含0.5%磷酸的乙腈-水溶液进行梯度洗脱。柱温为35℃,检测波长设定为268nm。
分别对11批经晒干和硫磺熏蒸的菊花样品进行分析和评价。采用聚类分析法,最终建立了色谱指纹共有模式。
