To compare gene expression of the chemokines RANTES and eotaxin-2, its receptor, CCR-3, adhesion molecule ICAM-1 and its receptor LFA-1 in eosinophilic polyps and in control normal nasal mucosa.
Gene expression was quantified by Real Time PCR in polyps (n=35) and in healthy nasal mucosa (n=15).
Eosinophilic polyps showed a higher expression of eotaxin-2 and RANTES, but not of CCR-3, ICAM-1 or LFA-1 compared to control nasal mucosa.

比较趋化因子调节激活正常T细胞表达和分泌因子(RANTES)及嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子-2、其受体CC趋化因子受体3(CCR-3)、黏附分子细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)及其受体淋巴细胞功能相关抗原-1(LFA-1)在嗜酸性粒细胞性息肉和对照正常鼻黏膜中的基因表达。
采用实时定量聚合酶链反应(Real Time PCR)对35例息肉及15例健康鼻黏膜的基因表达进行定量分析。
与对照鼻黏膜相比,嗜酸性粒细胞性息肉中嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子-2及调节激活正常T细胞表达和分泌因子的表达较高,但CCR-3、ICAM-1或LFA-1的表达无差异。
