Abstract

Protection by flesh oil of Hippophae rhamnoides against hepatotoxicity induced by CCl4 and acetaminophen (AAP) is reported in this paper. It was found that the oil markedly inhibited MDA formation of liver induced by CCl4 and AAP, decreased sGPT levels induced by CCl4 and blocked depletion of GSH damaged liver induced by AAP.LD50 greater than 45.0 g/kg.

本文报道了沙棘籽油对四氯化碳(CCl4)和对乙酰氨基酚(AAP)诱导的肝毒性的保护作用。研究发现,该油能显著抑制CCl4和AAP诱导的肝脏丙二醛(MDA)形成,降低CCl4诱导的血清谷丙转氨酶(sGPT)水平,并阻止AAP诱导的肝脏谷胱甘肽(GSH)耗竭。半数致死量(LD50)大于45.0克/千克。
