Histological preparations of colon, which contain benign cells, maligne cells, and also transient forms, were stained with spectral-pure Thionine-, Methylene Blue- and Capribluesolutions of different concentrations. The stained samples were examined spectroscopically. We observed a bathochromic shift of the absorbance spectra in cancer cells in comparison with benign cells. Hence the metachromatic index is reduced. The results are discussed in relation to the morphologic changes, the dye DNA binding ratios, and in view of their general use in cancer diagnosis.
含有良性细胞、恶性细胞以及过渡形态细胞的结肠组织学标本,用不同浓度的光谱纯硫堇溶液、亚甲蓝溶液和卡普里蓝溶液进行染色。对染色后的样本进行光谱检查。我们观察到癌细胞的吸收光谱与良性细胞相比发生了红移。因此,异染指数降低。结合形态学变化、染料与DNA的结合比率以及它们在癌症诊断中的普遍应用对结果进行了讨论。
