Six new iridal-type triterpenoids containing an unprecedented cyclopentane ring, polycycloiridals E-J (1-6), were isolated from a large-scale re-extraction of Iris tectorum. A possible biosynthesis pathway is postulated. The known spirioiridotectal D (7) was also obtained in the current investigation, and its structure was unequivocally defined using X-ray diffraction data. Compound 7 suppressed LPS-activated NO production in the BV2 cell line with an IC value of 0.54 μM.
从鸢尾大规模再提取中分离出六种新的含有前所未有的环戊烷环的鸢尾型三萜类化合物,多环鸢尾素E-J(1-6)。推测了一条可能的生物合成途径。在当前研究中还获得了已知的螺旋鸢尾酮D(7),并使用X射线衍射数据明确确定了其结构。化合物7在BV2细胞系中抑制LPS激活的NO生成,IC值为0.54μM。
