A case is reported of a premacular retrohyaloid hemorrhage bulging into the bursa premacularis, due to a macroaneurysm secondary to hypertension. The Q-switched Nd-YAG laser is used to puncture the posterior hyaloid and drain the blood. A fast and full visual recovery is observed. The method is recommended in premacular hemorrhages without underlying proliferative diseases and where the volume of the blood does not greatly exceed 12 microliters.
报告了一例因高血压继发的大动脉瘤导致黄斑前玻璃体后出血突入黄斑前囊的病例。使用调Q Nd:YAG激光穿刺玻璃体后界膜并引流血液。观察到视力快速且完全恢复。对于无潜在增殖性疾病且出血量不大大超过12微升的黄斑前出血，推荐该方法。
