Abstract

This study investigated the characteristics of isolates carrying from a chicken farm in China. Of the 78 isolates, 21 clonally unrelated isolates carried Diverse IncI2 plasmids disseminated , while the dissemination of was mediated by diverse IncB/O plasmids. More striking was the colocalization of resistance genes and in an IncHI2/ST3 plasmid, which might pose a great challenge for public health.

本研究调查了来自中国一个养鸡场的携带的分离株的特征。在78株分离株中,21株克隆无关的分离株携带不同的IncI2质粒传播,而的传播是由不同的IncB/O质粒介导的。更引人注目的是耐药基因和在一个IncHI2/ST3质粒中的共定位,这可能对公共卫生构成巨大挑战。
