Abstract

Three new triterpenoids (1-3), together with four known triterpenoids (4-7), were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma theaecolum. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of their spectroscopic data and chemical evidence. Compounds 4 and 6 exhibited antitumor activities against H460 cells with IC values of 22.4 and 43.1 μM, respectively. And the cytotoxic activities of compounds 4 and 5 against MDA-MB-231 cancer cell lines were assayed with IC values of 49.1 and 75.8 μM, respectively.

从茶状灵芝子实体中分离出三种新的三萜类化合物(1-3)以及四种已知的三萜类化合物(4-7)。根据它们的光谱数据和化学证据阐明了其结构。化合物4和6对H460细胞表现出抗肿瘤活性,IC值分别为22.4和43.1 μM。并且测定了化合物4和5对MDA-MB-231癌细胞系的细胞毒性活性,IC值分别为49.1和75.8 μM。
