Abstract

To search for active anti-cancer constituents in the fruiting body of Ganoderma calidophilum, we have successfully isolated four previously undescribed spiro-lactone lanostane triterpenoids (spiroganocalitones A-D), two previously undescribed lanostanoids (ganodecalones A and B) together with twenty-three known ones. The structures of the six previously undescribed compounds were elucidated based on 1D, 2D-NMR, and HRMS analyses. Ganoderone A showed moderate cytotoxic activity against K562, BEL7402, and SGC790 cell lines with IC values of 7.62, 6.28, and 3.55 μM, respectively.

为了寻找喜热灵芝子实体中的活性抗癌成分,我们成功分离出四种此前未被描述的螺内酯羊毛甾烷三萜(螺旋喜热灵芝内酯A - D)、两种此前未被描述的羊毛甾烷类化合物(灵芝十氢萘酮A和B)以及二十三种已知化合物。基于一维、二维核磁共振和高分辨质谱分析阐明了这六种此前未被描述的化合物的结构。灵芝酮A对K562、BEL7402和SGC790细胞系显示出中等细胞毒性活性,IC值分别为7.62、6.28和3.55 μM。
