Abstract
BACKGROUND
Skin metastases occur in 0.7% to 9% of all patients with cancer and are usually considered a late event in the evolution of most visceral carcinomas. The development of a nodular metastatic lesion on the nasal tip is known as clown nose sign.
MAIN OBSERVATION
We report a 64-year-old man that developed a nodular lesion on his nasal tip as first manifestation of squamous lung carcinoma.
CONCLUSION
The biopsy of the cutaneous metastasis may be helpful to histopathologically confirm the suspected primary tumour avoiding invasive diagnostic procedures.

背景
皮肤转移瘤在所有癌症患者中的发生率为0.7%至9%，通常被认为是大多数内脏癌进展过程中的晚期事件。鼻尖出现结节状转移病灶被称为小丑鼻征。
主要观察结果
我们报告一例64岁男性，其鼻尖出现结节状病灶，为肺鳞状细胞癌的首发表现。
结论
皮肤转移瘤活检有助于通过组织病理学确认疑似原发性肿瘤，避免进行侵入性诊断程序。
