Abstract

Two new β-dihydroagarofuran-type sesquiterpenes (-) were isolated and identified from the fruit of Thunb, together with seventeen known compounds (-). The structures of the isolated new compounds were elucidated based on extensive spectroscopic analyses. The cytotoxic activities of the 19 sesquiterpenes on three cell lines, human acute promyelocytic leukemia HL-60, human leukemic K562, and human colon cancer HCT-116 cells, were evaluated in vitro Compound exhibited potent cytotoxic activity against HL-60, K562, and HCT116 cell lines with IC values of 3.61 μΜ, 17.13 μΜ and 10.15 μΜ, respectively, and the other compounds displayed moderate activity.

摘要

从吴茱萸果实中分离并鉴定出两种新的β-二氢agarofuran型倍半萜(-),以及十七种已知化合物(-)。基于广泛的光谱分析阐明了分离出的新化合物的结构。在体外评估了这19种倍半萜对三种细胞系,即人急性早幼粒细胞白血病HL-60、人白血病K562和人结肠癌HCT-116细胞的细胞毒性活性。化合物对HL-60、K562和HCT116细胞系表现出较强的细胞毒性活性,IC值分别为3.61μΜ、17.13μΜ和10.15μΜ,其他化合物表现出中等活性。
