Ten new glycosides, 6,10-O-di-trans-feruloyl catalpol (1), 6,6'-O-di-trans-feruloyl catalpol (2), 3,4-dihydro-6-O-di-trans-feruloyl catalpol (10), (8R,7'S,8'R)-lariciresinol 9'-O-β-d-(6-O-trans-feruloyl)glucopyranoside (17), and ovatosides A-F (18-22, 24), were isolated from the stem bark of Catalpa ovata along with 19 known compounds. All isolates, except 6 (catalposide) and 9 (6-O-veratroyl catalpol), were found to scavenge peroxynitrite (ONOO) formed by 3-morpholinosydnonimine. In particular, 12 compounds showed potent activity, with IC values in the range 0.14-2.2 μM.
从梓树茎皮中分离出10种新的糖苷,即6,10 - O - 二 - 反式 - 阿魏酰梓醇(1)、6,6'-O - 二 - 反式 - 阿魏酰梓醇(2)、3,4 - 二氢 - 6 - O - 二 - 反式 - 阿魏酰梓醇(10)、(8R,7'S,8'R)-落叶松脂醇9'-O-β - d-(6 - O - 反式 - 阿魏酰)吡喃葡萄糖苷(17)以及卵叶梓苷A - F(18 - 22, 24),同时还分离出19种已知化合物。除6(梓苷)和9(6 - O - 藜芦酰梓醇)外,所有分离物均能清除由3 - 吗啉代 sydnonimine形成的过氧亚硝酸盐(ONOO)。特别是,有12种化合物表现出强效活性,IC值在0.14 - 2.2 μM范围内。
