A new Daphniphyllum alkaloid, daphnezomine W (1), together with four known ones, were isolated from the stems of Daphniphyllum angustifolium Hutch. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and comparing with the literature data. Compound 1 was a new daphnezomine L-type alkaloid and exhibited moderate cytotoxic activity against Hela cell line with IC of 16.0 μg/mL. A plausible biosynthetic pathway of 1 was also proposed.
从狭叶虎皮楠(Daphniphyllum angustifolium Hutch.)的茎中分离出一种新的虎皮楠生物碱——虎皮楠胺W(1),以及四种已知生物碱。通过光谱方法并与文献数据对比确定了它们的结构。化合物1是一种新的虎皮楠胺L型生物碱,对Hela细胞系表现出中等细胞毒性活性,IC50为16.0 μg/mL。还提出了化合物1可能的生物合成途径。
