To investigate the polymorphism of 15 STR loci in Hui population from Ningxia Tongxin district.
Identifiler Plus kit used to detect the allelic frequencies of 15 STR loci in 598 unrelated Tongxin Hui individuals, and the population genetics parameters were calculated by using statistic software.
The results demonstrated that all loci were found to be no deviation from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P > 0.05), Heterozygosity (H) ranged from 0.637 to 0.868, matching probability (Pm) ranged from 0.034 to 0.213, power of discrimination (DP) ranged from 0.787 to 0.966, polymorphism information content (PIC) ranged from 0.560 to 0.850, power of exclusion (PE) ranged from 0.338 to 0.730.
The 15 STR loci are relatively abundant in polymorphic information and suitable for paternity testing and personal identification.
研究宁夏同心地区回族人群15个STR基因座的多态性。
采用Identifiler Plus试剂盒检测598名无血缘关系的同心回族个体中15个STR基因座的等位基因频率,并用统计软件计算群体遗传学参数。
结果表明所有基因座均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡(P>0.05),杂合度(H)范围为0.637至0.868,匹配概率(Pm)范围为0.034至0.213,鉴别力(DP)范围为0.787至0.966,多态性信息含量(PIC)范围为0.560至0.850,排除概率(PE)范围为0.338至0.730。
15个STR基因座具有较为丰富的多态性信息,适用于亲子鉴定和个人识别。
