Abstract

The chemical composition of the essential oil from the aerial parts of three Lamiaceae species from Uzbekistan was investigated by GC-MS analysis. β-Linalool (26.6%), α-terpineol (10.0%), coumarin (8.9%) and 4,5,7,7α-tetrahydro-4,4,7α-trimethyl-2(6H)-benzofuranone (5.4%) resulted as the main components of essential oil, while camphene (17.1%), 1,8-cineole (15.9%), β-cymene (7.9%) and limonene (7.4%) in The essential oil of was dominated by thymol (37.5%), phellandral (26.0%), τ-terpinene (6.6%) and β-cymene (5.2%). The essential oils had considerable antimicrobial activity against different bacterial strains and fungi. Among the tested samples of essential oils, essential oil has the significant antioxidant activity with IC value of 117.8 ± 8.02 μg/mL.

采用 GC-MS 分析方法研究了来自乌兹别克斯坦的 3 种唇形科植物地上部分精油的化学成分。β-芳樟醇(26.6%)、α-松油醇(10.0%)、香豆素(8.9%)和 4,5,7,7α-四氢-4,4,7α-三甲基-2(6H)-苯并呋喃酮(5.4%)是精油的主要成分,而樟脑(17.1%)、1,8-桉叶素(15.9%)、β-月桂烯(7.9%)和柠檬烯(7.4%)则是精油的主要成分。精油中对伞花烃(37.5%)、对伞花烃(26.0%)、τ-松油烯(6.6%)和β-月桂烯(5.2%)。精油对不同细菌菌株和真菌具有相当的抗菌活性。在测试的精油样品中,精油具有显著的抗氧化活性,IC 值为 117.8±8.02μg/mL。
