Abstract

We report a series of four efficient photosensitizers (PSs) based on a Bodipy core for photodynamic therapy (PDT). In the absence of hydrophilic functional groups, these PSs have been encapsulated in liposomes and examined for photocytotoxicity against human ovarian carcinoma cell line (SK-OV-3). The IC values obtained are as low as 0.350 μM, which compete with the classical photosensitizer chlorine E6 (IC = 0.39 μM) under similar experimental conditions.

我们报道了一系列基于Bodipy核心的用于光动力疗法(PDT)的四种高效光敏剂(PSs)。在没有亲水性官能团的情况下,这些PSs已被包裹在脂质体中,并检测了其对人卵巢癌细胞系(SK-OV-3)的光细胞毒性。获得的IC值低至0.350μM,在相似实验条件下可与经典光敏剂氯e6(IC = 0.39μM)相媲美。
