Abstract

The effect of various fractions of chalone-containing preparation from ascite Ehrlich's tumour obtained by gel filtration on ultragel Ac-A-44 on mitotic activity and DNA synthesis in the tumour has been studied. The chalone-containing preparation (alcohol precipitate) was shown to suppress entering of tumour cells into M- and S-phase and DNA synthesis. After gel filtration, the partial division of active chalone component which inhibits entering of cells into M- and S-phase took place. The component inhibiting DNA synthesis eluted with G1-chalone.

研究了通过凝胶过滤从腹水型艾氏瘤中获得的含查隆制剂的不同组分对肿瘤有丝分裂活性和DNA合成的影响。含查隆制剂（乙醇沉淀物）显示出可抑制肿瘤细胞进入M期和S期以及DNA合成。凝胶过滤后，活性查隆成分发生了部分分离，其中一种成分抑制细胞进入M期和S期，另一种抑制DNA合成的成分与G1-查隆一起洗脱出来。
