Abstract
A 3-year-old intact female guinea pig was presented for acute anorexia. Medical and surgical treatments for cystitis and ovarian cysts, respectively, did not prevent continuous weight loss. Computed tomography and histopathological analysis revealed a chondroblastic osteosarcoma of the right middle ear, which has not been reported in this species.

一只3岁未绝育的雌性豚鼠因急性厌食前来就诊。分别针对膀胱炎和卵巢囊肿进行的药物和手术治疗均未能阻止体重持续减轻。计算机断层扫描和组织病理学分析显示右中耳有软骨母细胞性骨肉瘤，该病例在该物种中尚未见报道。
