Abstract

The genus is one of the largest genera of the Lamiaceae, and it comprises about 300 species. Some species are highly polymorphic, with a number of infraspecific taxa. The aim of the present review is to summarise the available knowledge on 10 taxa belonging to the Balkan Peninsula flora ( L., L., Vis., Waldst. Et Kit., (L.) Trevis., L., L. subsp. , L. subsp. (Vis.) Briq., Ten., and L.) in order to enable insight into the identified biologically active substances and their possible application in intrageneric differentiation.

该属是唇形科最大的属之一,约有300个物种。一些物种具有高度多态性,有许多种下分类群。本综述的目的是总结关于巴尔干半岛植物区系中10个分类群(野芝麻属、宝盖草属、绵枣儿属、山萝卜属、夏枯草属、水苏属、绵毛水苏亚种、甘露子亚种、百里香属和牛至属)的现有知识,以便深入了解已鉴定的生物活性物质及其在属内分化中的可能应用。
