A number of new symmetrically and asymmetrically 2,3-disubstituted quinoxalines were synthesized through functionalization of 2,3-dichloroquinoxaline (2,3-DCQ) with a variety of sulfur and/or nitrogen nucleophiles. The structures of the obtained compounds were established based on their spectral data and elemental analysis. The antimicrobial activity for the prepared compounds was investigated against four bacterial species and two fungal strains. The symmetrically disubstituted quinoxalines , , , and displayed the most significant antibacterial activity, while compounds , , and the pentacyclic compound showed considerable antifungal activity. Furthermore, compounds showed broad antimicrobial spectrum against most of the tested strains.
通过 2,3-二氯喹喔啉(2,3-DCQ)与各种硫和/或氮亲核试剂的官能化,合成了许多新的对称和非对称 2,3-二取代喹喔啉。根据它们的光谱数据和元素分析确定了所得化合物的结构。对所制备的化合物进行了对抗四种细菌和两种真菌的抗菌活性研究。对称二取代喹喔啉 、 、 、 和 表现出最强的抗菌活性,而化合物 、 、 和五环化合物 则显示出相当强的抗真菌活性。此外,化合物 对大多数测试菌株表现出广谱的抗菌活性。
