The aim of this study was to develop and validate the workplace health culture scale. This paper collected and re-organized current definitions about health culture from literature and created the domains and items to develop a new tool. Six enterprises and 2,431 participants were recruited from northern Taiwan for validity test. We found the workplace health culture scale had appropriate reliability and validity, including a good model fit for the 25-item scale. Workplace health culture might be an important domain to the work of WHP. More validity and reliability studies about WHCS in wider industries and the correlation between WHCS and other WHP indicators are needed.
本研究的目的是开发并验证工作场所健康文化量表。本文从文献中收集并重新整理了有关健康文化的现有定义,创建了领域和项目以开发一种新工具。从台湾北部招募了六家企业和2431名参与者进行效度测试。我们发现工作场所健康文化量表具有适当的信度和效度,包括对25个项目量表的良好模型拟合。工作场所健康文化可能是工作场所健康促进工作的一个重要领域。需要在更广泛的行业中对工作场所健康文化量表进行更多的信效度研究,以及研究该量表与其他工作场所健康促进指标之间的相关性。
