Abstract

: A retrospective case-series study comparing autologous activated platelet-rich plasma (AA-PRP) versus autologous non-activated platelet-rich plasma (A-PRP) in hair re-growth was reported.: 90 patients, 63 males showing AGA in stage I-V by the Norwood-Hamilton scale and 27 females with AGA in stage I-III by the Ludwig scale, treated since 2013, were analyzed. 57 patients were treated with A-PRP injections and 33 patients were treated with AA-PRP in three sessions spaced 30 days average. Assessment of hair re-growth was evaluated in different weeks (Ws) after the treatment, summarized in four phases: T0, before the first infusion, T1 - 12 Ws, T2 - 23 Ws, T3 - 44 Ws, T4 - 58 Ws after the last treatment.: 12 Ws, 23 Ws, 44 Ws, and 58Ws after the last treatment, hair density measurements for patients treated with A-PRP and AA-PRP were 65 ± 5 and 28 ± 4 hairs/cm2 at T1, 28 ± 2 and 15 ± 3 hairs/cm2 at T2, 25 ± 3 and 14 ± 3 hairs/cm2 at T3, 23 ± 3 and 13 ± 3 hairs/cm at T4.: The effects of A-PRP and AA-PRP in hair re-growth during a long-term follow-up, was demonstrated.

一项回顾性病例系列研究比较了自体激活血小板富血浆(AA-PRP)与自体非激活血小板富血浆(A-PRP)在头发生长中的作用:90 例患者,63 例男性患者表现为诺伍德-汉密尔顿(Norwood-Hamilton)分级 I-V 期的 AGA,27 例女性患者表现为路德维希(Ludwig)分级 I-III 期的 AGA,自 2013 年开始接受治疗。其中 57 例患者接受 A-PRP 注射治疗,33 例患者接受 AA-PRP 治疗,3 次治疗间隔 30 天。治疗后不同周(Ws)评估头发生长情况,总结为四个阶段:T0,第一次输注前;T1,12 Ws;T2,23 Ws;T3,44 Ws;T4,最后一次治疗后 58 Ws。治疗后 12 Ws、23 Ws、44 Ws 和 58Ws,接受 A-PRP 和 AA-PRP 治疗的患者的头发密度测量值分别为 T1 时 65±5 和 28±4 根/cm2、T2 时 28±2 和 15±3 根/cm2、T3 时 25±3 和 14±3 根/cm2、T4 时 23±3 和 13±3 根/cm。证明了 A-PRP 和 AA-PRP 在头发生长中的长期作用。
