Abstract

AL7, isolated from cotton soil, had strong antagonistic activity to Kleb. The AL7 genome consisted of one chromosome with 3,894,709 bp (46.64% G+C content). Genome annotation predicted 3,706 protein-coding genes, 86 tRNAs, and 27 rRNAs. We sequenced and annotated the complete AL7 genome to help us better understand use of this strain.

从棉花土壤中分离出的AL7对克雷伯氏菌具有很强的拮抗活性。AL7基因组由一条染色体组成,长度为3,894,709 bp(G+C含量为46.64%)。基因组注释预测有3,706个蛋白质编码基因、86个tRNA和27个rRNA。我们对完整的AL7基因组进行了测序和注释,以帮助我们更好地了解该菌株的用途。
