Abstract

We have developed the first example of a fluorescence-enhanced and lysosome-targeted Cu probe (Lys-Cu) with unique dual-channel emissions. The newly synthesized fluorescent probe Lys-Cu, which contains two recognition sites with different sensing mechanisms for Cu, displays fluorescence-enhanced dual-channel emissions with fluorescence response to Cu in the lysosome pH environment. Fluorescence imaging shows that Lys-Cu is membrane-permeable and suitable for visualization of Cu in lysosomes of living cells by dual-channel imaging.

我们开发了首个具有独特双通道发射的荧光增强且靶向溶酶体的铜探针(Lys-Cu)。新合成的荧光探针Lys-Cu含有两个对铜具有不同传感机制的识别位点,在溶酶体pH环境中对铜具有荧光增强的双通道发射并产生荧光响应。荧光成像表明,Lys-Cu具有膜通透性,适用于通过双通道成像对活细胞溶酶体中的铜进行可视化。
