Abstract

The Pink dentex ( Rafinesque 1810) is one of the most commercially important Sparidae species and it is often subjected to fraud. Here, we report the complete mitochondrial genome of . The mitogenome is 16,771 bp in length and contained 13 protein-coding genes, 2 rRNA genes, 22 tRNA genes and 2 non-coding regions. The overall base composition of mtDNA is: 27.8% for A, 28.60% for C, 16.5% for G, 27.05% for T.

摘要

粉红笛鲷(拉芬斯克,1810年)是鲷科中具有重要商业价值的物种之一,且经常遭遇欺诈情况。在此,我们报告了……的完整线粒体基因组。该线粒体基因组长度为16,771碱基对,包含13个蛋白质编码基因、2个核糖体RNA基因、22个转运RNA基因以及2个非编码区。该线粒体DNA的总体碱基组成为:腺嘌呤(A)占27.8%,胞嘧啶(C)占28.60%,鸟嘌呤(G)占16.5%,胸腺嘧啶(T)占27.05%。
